Do the listed prices include VAT?
No, plan prices exclude VAT. At the time of payment you receive a regular invoice issued to the school.
Can I migrate the data I already have in Excel?
Yes. You can import students and teachers from CSV/Excel files with the guided procedure, which flags any errors before saving. For special situations our support team walks you through the migration.
How is student data handled, including minors?
InsegnaMi.pro is GDPR compliant and data is hosted on servers in the European Union. The school remains the data controller and we act as processor: data is never sold or used for other purposes.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you cancel on your own from the billing dashboard, with no lock-in or penalties. After cancellation your data remains exportable for 30 days.
What support is included?
All plans include email support in Italian. We help you with the initial setup and with everyday questions.
Do you handle electronic invoicing?
The platform is ready for electronic invoicing towards the Italian SDI with XML export of invoices, available from the Professional plan.
